So yesterday I started to have some pain in my back and I thought it would go away but I woke up this morning and it was WAY worse. It is to the point where it hurts every time I move and I can't even turn right now. I went to work feeling but I am glad I went because we went to the Las Aves Cafe which is located at the Best Western Encina Lodge & Suites. It is our new restaurant that opened at the food is really good...I can't wait to go back! However my back pain got worse throughout the day and I had to take some major pain killers to help. Thank goodness I am going to see the chiropractor tomorrow morning.
