Happy Summer Solstice!!! I tried to sleep into today but I guess that my body can only sleep past 8am these days...
I decided to mess around online while Michael slept and then I finally got out of bed and made breakfast for the both of us. He did not stay too long as Carla and I had to get ready to go downtown for the summer solstice parade. Once we got down there we had a great time and the parade is always a blast. We went to the park afterwards were there was a bunch of food and entertainment. It was funny...I ran into a bunch of people from high school...goes to show how small SB is. Anyhow after the parade we went home and I had to get ready to go to Santa Maria for Brenda and John's housewarming party. Michael came with me and we ended up having dinner with Teri and Will first which was fun! Brenda and John have such a nice house and I am so happy that I was able to drive up there a see it. It was a long day but I had a lot of fun.
