
It's Monday and I am back to the grind. I did not sleep to well last night so I was completely out of it at work today and had to have two cups of coffee to even function. The morning was pretty busy as I was trying to get caught up on voicemails and emails from the weekend, but by the afternoon I was able to get myself to a place where I was content with my workload and it felt so good!! After work I headed over to the gym to work out. Since I was sick last week I did not go at all and I have been wanting to get back in the swing of things. I am trying to work out at least 4 days a week. I am not really happy with my body right now and I want to make some changes, which is going to take time and dedication. My main focus is taking care of my mind and body right now and get to a place where I am happy with myself. P.S. I finished week one of my two week detox...yay me!
